However, I also do graphics/3D with Photoshop and 3D with Cinema 4D, Lightwave, Sketchup, etc. I'm in BBedit or dreamwaver, using ftp, ssh, etc. I also do digital photography and my backpack for the 17" is way too heavy.Īs far as work, the bulk of my work is programming XAMP web apps, CMS, etc. I really can't decide! I've always wanted a 12" small powerbook. So, I'm selling my 17" PB this week to upgrade to either Macbook or Macbook pro. My wife recent got a iMac 17" intel, it is very nice and fast. I currently have a 17" PB and a dual G5/xserve raid. I've had a 15" g4 tibook, two 17" g4's and a 15" g4 at one workplace. In most recent years, since X came out I've been using Powerbooks. Long time Mac user, quadra's back in 1991-92.
